Can you hear that? It’s the faint sound of school doors closing, the rustle of empty backpacks, and the collective sigh of relief from parents and teachers everywhere. We’ve officially made it to the finish line of another incredible school year!
Looking back at the past few months, my heart is absolutely full. From the buzzing energy of our Read-a-thon (where we raised over $19k!!!) to the quiet moments of growth in the classroom, this year has been a whirlwind of progress and school spirit. As your PTA President, I’ve had a front-row seat to the magic that happens when our community comes together, and let’s be honest, we make a pretty great team.
Keep an eye out for lots of fun end-of-year activities too! From Cougar Movie Night at the Vine, Open House, to Field Day, so much excitement is yet to come!
Before we all head off to swap school lunches for poolside snacks and alarm clocks for lazy mornings, I want to say a massive THANK YOU. Whether you donated an hour of your time, a batch of cookies, or simply cheered from the sidelines, you are the heartbeat of this school.
Let’s finish these last few days strong, celebrate our amazing students, and head into the sunshine with big smiles. You’ve earned every bit of that summer tan!
