President's Message

Happy November everyone!

Fall is finally here and we have some fun things planned this month before the holidays roll around. Our book fair is right around the corner, from November 3rd through the 7th, with Family Night on November 5th! Come with the whole family for a popcorn and pj's evening in the library with special guest readers, you won't want to miss it! Later in the month on the 19th, we will have the "Your Special Person Day" event! More details are listed in the flyer below, and it's a great way to celebrate someone you are thankful for and show them some extra love!

I want to say a very special thank you to everyone who donated to the Cougar Chase this year! We were able to reach our goal and with that, the kids earned a lunch time dj dance day and a movie day at The Vine (date tbd). This fundraiser is the main way we raise money for the entire school years' activities, events, and almost all our budgeted items so THANK YOU AGAIN!

Chair of Assemblies - Work with the PTA to pick and schedule the wonderful assemblies for the school throughout the year.

October in Review

Cougar Chase

The Cougar Chase was a huge success this year, bringing in over $62,000! We count on the Cougar Chase to fund educational programs and PTA events throughout the year, and we are so grateful for everyone who donated their time and money to this event.

Halloween BOO-vie

We had an awesome turnout for our first ever Halloween BOO-vie, and had a great time snacking on popcorn & candy and watching Hotel Transylvania.

Halloween Parade

Smith's Halloween Parade is always a blast! It is so great to see all of the fun and creative costumes every year, and this year was no exception!
